The penalty put the Cleveland Browns on the Steelers’ two yard line with four chances to win the game with a touchdown.

The Browns, in Browns-like fashion, could not score and settled for a field goal. The Steelers, on the subsequent drive, did score a touchdown and won the game, sending them to the playoffs and keeping the Browns win total at one for the year.
