On Monday, May 9, Kesse Hodge will host a post-Mother’s Day yoga event at the Northern Kentucky Fencing Academy in Ludlow beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Guests are invited to bring their mothers and enjoy a gentle yoga flow for all sizes, all abilities, all genders, and all ages followed by a chocolate meditation.
“This event is designed to be a relaxing and fun event for someone and the person who has filled the mother role for them. We focus on all abilities here and provide a judgement-free environment, and for this event – chocolate,” said Hodge, owner of change.yoga.
The Northern Kentucky Fencing Academy is located at 301 Elm Street in Ludlow.
