With the acquisition, Paycor adds a best-of-breed applicant tracking system to its all-in-one HR solution specially designed for small and medium-sized employers.Paycor is already relied upon by 30,000 clients for HR, time and attendance, payroll, onboarding and the particularly relevant, ACA reporting filing.
Together, Paycor and Newton create an integrated HCM offering. Clients will benefit from unique and modern functionality, which takes an employer from job opening to payroll on a single platform. Entrepreneurs and HR professionals alike will be relieved of many of the burdens of hiring, managing employee data and compliance.
