Barre3, a ballet barre fitness movement, is
poised to open its second Cincinnati – Northern KY metro area
studio at 90 Alexandria Pike, Fort Thomas on September 28.

This new location joins the Cincinnati studio located at 9600 Montgomery Rd., which opened in
June 2015.

“In my own
life, I was looking for a positive community focused on whole body health,
fitness and connection,”
barre3 Ft.
Thomas owner, Kelley Groneck said.
 Amazingly,
I found all of that in the
barre3 online community and then in Portland when I
visited the company’s headquarters there.

I knew that I had to bring this special company to Northern Kentucky to
give men and women a place to feel great, find balance and connect with an
inspiring community.
  I love that barre3
is not just an amazingly effective fitness regime but also a happy and healthy way
of life.”

barre3 Ft. Thomas owner, Kelley Groneck

Groneck said unlike other barre-inspired
workouts, barre3 incorporates
larger, functional movements with low-impact cardio to jumpstart the metabolism
and re-oxygenate the body.

“In just seven years, barre3 has grown from a single studio in Portland, Oregon to over
75 locations and 200+ workouts streaming online,”
Sadie Lincoln, Creator
and Founder, barre3 said.  “Our mission is to make barre3 accessible to anyone, anywhere with studios across the US
and abroad.  Partnering with passionate
entrepreneurs and health advocates like Kelley makes this possible.  We are thrilled to have Ft. Thomas become a
part of the barre3 family.”

To celebrate its opening, barre3 Fort Thomas will offer free classes during the first week of
business, Sept. 28 through Oct. 4.

Additionally barr3 Ft. Thomas will feature healthy snacks, products and give aways throughout the week to celebrate the grand opening.
