What impact could the new same-sex marriage law in the United States have on your business?

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce will explore this topic at its monthly Eggs ‘N Issues, titled “Marriage Law and Your Business”, Tuesday, August 11, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Receptions Banquet & Conference Center in Erlanger.

With new laws in place following the recent Supreme Court decision for Obergefell vs. Hodges, the NKY Chamber will discuss the impact of this decision and connection to businesses featuring a panel of content experts.

Panelists include Scott Edwards – Manager, Team Member Relations with Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, Inc., and Frank Warnock, Assistant City Manager and City Solicitor for the City of Covington to discuss employer best practices as well as employment law and HR policy and benefits administration. David L. Barth, President of Cors & Bassett, LLC will discuss employment law and policy while Kim Wilcoxon, Partner with Thompson Hine LLP will discuss benefits administration.
