Inland Real Estate has announced four new retailers that are set to join the lineup at Newport Pavilion.
European Wax Center, Massage Envy, The UPS Store® and Domino’s will soon open their doors in the 337,300-square-foot power center.
“Bringing these four national retailers to Newport Pavilion enhances the tenant mix and brings the occupancy to nearly 100%,” said Mike Fitzgerald, vice president and director of leasing for Inland Real Estate Corporation. “As our expansion continues, we are committed to bringing diverse and successful retailers to our shopping centers.”
The signing of these four leases leaves just one 3,390-square-foot space available at Newport Pavilion.
Inland Real Estate Corporation’s joint venture with PGGM completed its purchase of Newport Pavilion in October 2014. The 337,300-square-foot power center is well-positioned off I-471, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati and features an outstanding tenant lineup, such as Kroger, TJ Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels and PetSmart. IRC continues to expand its presence in the Cincinnati area and other Ohio markets, where it now has ownership interest in a total of seven retail assets.
