The Highlands Band Association will be participating in a Quarter Auction to raise funds for the entire high school band program, at the Newport Elks Lodge in Cold Spring, on Tuesday, September 16th at 6 p.m.
As its name infers, participants only need bid a quarter on any of the prize items to enter. There will also be split-the-pot and basket raffles, as well.
