The annual Fishing Derby at Devou Park’s Prisoners Lake took place Saturday afternoon.
Kids aged five to fifteen brought their own equipment to compete for prizes. A free grill-out lunch was provided.
The City of Covington sponsored the event and more than a hundred kids attended.
The biggest fish caught was twenty-five inches while the smallest was 3.5 inches. One kid caught the most with seven fish.
