A Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office employee is in the Kenton County Jail charged with one count of using electronic communications to procure a minor for sex.
John Kamphaus, 40, was arrested by Kenton County Police and was arraigned Wednesday morning in Kenton Circuit Court.
