Building upon the success of the 10th Merchants and Music Festival that featured John Michael Montgomery, Chris Janson, Lyndsey Highlander and the The Kentucky Headhunters among others, the Merchants and Music Festival has announced their headlining music acts for the 11th annual festival which will take place on September 27, 2014.

– Dustin Lynch, currently on tour with Keith Urban. He’s signed by Broken Bow Records and his hit song “Cowboys and Angels” (below) was nominated for Song of the Year, Single of the Year and Breakthrough Video of the Year by the Country Music Awards:

– Frankie Ballard, who won Kenny Chesney’s Next Big Star competition in 2008, is also climbing the country music ranks. His current hit, “Helluva Life” is his first top 20 hit.
Ballard is playing tonight at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar.

– Trick Pony is a country group, which recorded three studio albums:
Trick Pony,
On a Mission
and R.I.D.E., released in
2001, 2002 and 2005, respectively. These albums produced eight charted singles on the BillboardHot Country
Songs charts, including four Top 20 hits: “Pour Me,”
“On a Night like
This,” “Just What I Do” and
“On a Mission.”
