The Northern Kentucky Norse snapped a 3-game losing skid by downing Kennesaw State at home on Saturday night.
Sharp shooting boosted NKU to an 82-69 victory, improving the team to even in the Atlantic Sun at 4-4 and 8-12 overall.
The Norse shot nearly 59% from the field, nailing four of their six three-point attempts. Meanwhile, the Owls were limited to just 33% shooting in the second half, allowing the Norse to pull away in front of 1,700 fans at the Bank of Kentucky Center.
The Owls dropped to 1-6 in the A-Sun and 4-16 overall.
