Since 2000, the Northern Kentucky Elementary Honor Choir has been selecting the area’s best young singers to join their ranks. An impressive 28 students from the Ft. Thomas Independent School District will be singing in this year’s choir.

The Northern Kentucky Elementary Honor Choir consists of 300 of the most talented fifth and sixth grade singers in the area. The choir is assembled from thirty-four public and private schools throughout seven Northern Kentucky counties. This year’s choir will be conducted by Robyn Lana, who founded the Cincinnati Children’s Choir and also serves as their Managing Director and Conductor.

The First Baptist Church of Cold Spring will host both of the choir’s performances this month. The fifth grade choir will be performing on Friday, November 9. The sixth grade choir will take the stage the following week on Friday, November 15. All performances take place at 7:00pm, and are free to the public.
