Two surveys are circulating in the area that seek responses from Covington residents and others who live and/or work nearby. One is from TANK and focuses on the Southbank Shuttle detour while the Roebling Suspension Bridge is closed to buses, while the other is from the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments and seeks feedback on broader issues.

OKI is assembling a strategic plan for growth in the entire region. Its survey asks for agreement or disagreement on statements like I think maintaining existing infrastructure like roads, water lines and sewers should generally be a higher priority than adding new public facilities, I am satisfied with the public school system available to my family, and I think urban revitalization and neighborhood redevelopment efforts in the region are paying off.
