The deadline to register to vote in the upcoming general election on November 5 is October 7 at 4 p.m., either electronically or by mail, and voters can register at vrsws.sos.ky.gov/ovrweb or download a paper registration application and mail it to their county clerk.

NKY sees surge in registered independents
