Hillside slippage forces some Southgate residents to relocate temporarily
Over 30 residents of Southgate’s Woodland Hills Condominiums have been asked to temporarily relocate due to hillside slippage caused by a sanitary sewer upsizing project, and SD1 and the Homeowners Association are working with a third-party relocation specialist to assess the individual needs of the residents.
