BREAKING: Crash Near Highlands Closes Memorial Parkway
Reader submitted. FTM copyright. A crash has closed Memorial Parkway Saturday afternoon just before 3 PM. Three vehicles were involved in the crash as the snow continued to fall and road crews were working diligently to clear the roads.
