Kenton County Fiscal Court has approved a bid from Riegler Blacktop to redesign the tennis courts at Pioneer Park in Covington to include several pickleball courts, basketball court renovations and fencing replacements, with an estimated cost of $324,000 and a projected completion date of Q2 2025.
