Get free rides to BLINK with TANK and Metro
TANK and Cincinnati Metro will provide free rides from select park and ride locations to this year’s BLINK, an annual outdoor immersive arts event taking place from Oct. 17 to 20, with over 80 installations throughout Cincinnati, Covington and Newport.
