The Alexandria Police Department is holding its “Hero’s Day” event this Sunday, April 28 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Campbell County Middle School, featuring canine demonstrations, fire extrication, a medic helicopter, police drones, a robotic dog, rope rappelling and several different emergency vehicles for families to see.
