The Campbell County Public Library is hosting a pop-up library at the Dayton Community Center on Friday, Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to noon, offering books, a computer with printing and scanning, story time, technology assistance and an adult/teen-friendly craft.

Dayton approved a 15% lower property tax rate for the next fiscal year at its meeting Tuesday.
