Boone County opponents in primary commissioner race get personal
Boone County Commissioner Charlie Kenner is being challenged in the 2022 Primary by the leader of his local party. Chet Hand is the chairman of the Boone County Republican Party, and he said he threw his hat in the ring for the seat “because I couldn’t get anybody else to do it.”
