The girls 9th Region All “A” Classic tournament got underway on Tuesday at St. Henry. The winner of the tournament heads to the Owensboro Sportscenter for the All “A” state tournament that begins on Jan. 22. The 9th Region winner faces the 5th Region winner on Jan. 22 at 10 a.m.

Newport Central Catholic vs Bellevue, 6 p.m.
Holy Cross vs St. Henry, 7:45 p.m.
Championship
Monday, Jan. 13
Newport Central Catholic-Bellevue winner vs Holy Cross-St. Henry winner, 6 p.m.
Weather contingency plan (Updated): The semifinals have been moved from Friday to Saturday at the same times with the championship played Monday at 6 p.m. If unable to play on Saturday, semifinals would then be moved to Monday with the championship on Tuesday.
