The Newport Central Catholic girls had two players score at least 20 points in a 76-44 win over Ludlow.
Caroline Eaglin scored 24 points and Alaina Albrinck scored 20. Jaylee Brannen added nine for the Thoroughbreds.
Addy Garrett led Ludlow with 22 points, hitting 4-of-5 from the 3-point line. Prestyn King added seven points and six rebounds.
NewCath (18-9) travels to Great Crossing on Saturday for a 7:30 p.m. game.
Ludlow (16-12) hosts Carroll County on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

Boone County 56, Dayton 36
The Rebels had three players score in double figures in the home 9th Region win.
Joslyn Humphrey scored 18 points to lead the way. Mya Bennett and Lyric Hooper followed with 16 and 10 points, respectively.
Zoe Sparks led Dayton with 13 points.
Boone County (6-19) travels to Bryan Station on Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Ryle 85, Bishop Brossart 47
The Raiders saw a dozen players score in the blowout victory.
Jonathan DeGroff led Ryle with 19 points. Landon Lorms and Grady Reynolds followed with 18 and 13 points, respectively.
Dom Hadden led Bishop Brossart with 13 points. Nicholas Cozzi and Parker Mulberry scored 11 and 10 points, respectively.
Ryle (17-9) hosts St. Xavier on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
Bishop Brossart (3-22) travels to Bellevue on Thursday for a 7:30 p.m. game.

Henry Thole’s 23 point, 20 rebound effort led the Vikings to a lopsided victory over the Saints.
Thole wasn’t the only Viking to record a double-double, Jonah Martin with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Colston Coppage added 14 points, Adam Brandstetter chipped in 12.
Villa Madonna (12-13) has won three in a row and plays at Robertson County on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
