LATONIA, KY – October 3, 2026 – Layers and Flavors, a vibrant new Thai café and shop, is thrilled to announce its Grand Opening on Saturday, October 3rd in Latonia, Kentucky. Founded by Sasi and Edward Hebel, the café is a love letter to Sasi’s Thai culture, community, and flavor, bringing an authentic Thai experience right to the heart of Northern Kentucky.

Layers and Flavors is more than a café, it’s a destination. Guests can explore a rotating menu of Thai street food favorites, sip on hand-crafted Thai teas, matcha, iced coffees, and boba, and browse a curated Thai grocery section stocked with specialty ingredients and pantry staples.
Adding a one-of-a-kind twist, the café also showcases 3D-printed toys and creations from the Hebels’ printing business – a playful nod to their entrepreneurial spirit and a fun discovery for visitors of all ages.
