Cincinnati, Ohio, June 22, 2026 — Chamberlain University, the nation’s largest school of nursing and a Covista institution, is accepting applications for its pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) classes at its new Cincinnati campus.
Located in Sycamore Township at the Kenwood Collection, classes begin August 31, 2026, at the Cincinnati campus, which is Chamberlain University’s 25th campus and offers the region’s aspiring nurses a new pathway to a healthcare career. It offers a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program, featuring hands-on simulation labs and a hybrid blend of in-person and online learning.

The announcement comes as Ohio works to meet significant demand in the healthcare workforce, with the state recording nearly 50,000 healthcare vacancies per month last year. That shortage carries real consequences for patients. According to the Covista Care Capacity Monitor, fielded by Gallup, 76% of clinicians nationwide say staffing shortages compromise their ability to deliver high-quality care. In Greater Cincinnati, six open healthcare jobs compete for every healthcare graduate — a gap that Cincinnati’s healthcare community is actively working to close.
