Laurence Jones, the Saint Ursula Academy chairman of the Board of Trustees and retiring President Lelia Keefe Kramer ’77 are excited to introduce Jill Grever Cahill ’84 as its new President. A search committee consisting of Saint Ursula Academy Board members, faculty, staff, past and current parents, and experts in their fields spent months reviewing and interviewing candidates for this important role. Jill, a graduate of Saint Ursula Academy, will assume her new role on June 1, 2026.
Jill brings more than 17 years of experience at Saint Ursula Academy, serving as Vice President of Communications and a member of the school’s leadership team. Jill was actively involved in mission-driven decisions that positively impacted our community, specifically our students. Her professional experience and skillset allow SUA to move forward with confidence, continuing our commitment to the highest standards of academic excellence and to the Catholic, Ursuline mission that is at the foundation.
She has a proven track record of building strong, supportive institutional cultures through strong communication and community engagement skills. She also has experience with creative, innovative, and data-driven results. She is a lifelong Catholic with a deep commitment to her faith.

Jill’s deep commitment to Saint Ursula’s mission and core values is clear, transparent and authentic; the same attributes we ask of our students and adult community. She has a continuous improvement mindset and is committed to continue building relationships through engagement with faculty, staff, students, parents, and alumnae.
Jill brings deep leadership experience across industries and a strong understanding of the Saint Ursula community. At Saint Ursula, she has led the Communications Team and collaborated closely with every school department. She spearheaded two comprehensive rebranding initiatives that refreshed the school’s look and feel while honoring its Ursuline tradition. She also designed and facilitated three large-scale stakeholder focus group initiatives, translating feedback and data into actionable strategies impacting enrollment, branding, and long-term planning. In addition, she has played key leadership roles in three strategic planning process helping align mission, brand, enrollment, and sustainability goals.
Prior to joining Saint Ursula, Jill served in senior crisis communications roles for several local and regional organizations, both as an independent consultant and as Senior Account Executive of the Dan Pinger Public Relations Agency. She also served as an Emmy award-winning Executive Producer at WLWT, where she managed newsroom staff and led the content, vision, and presentation of all newscasts.
Jill also brings extensive fundraising and community engagement experience. She chaired the Redwood Express Gala for two years in support of Redwood Rehabilitation Services and served as a key member of the Holy Cross Immaculata “Raise the Roof” campaign, which funded critical church infrastructure repairs.
Jill lives in Crescent Springs, Kentucky with her husband, Dan. Their daughters Annalese ’19 and Ainsley ’22 are both proud graduates of Saint Ursula.
