Fort Mitchell, KY – April 24, 2026 – Hemmer Construction Company (HCC), the commercial construction division of Paul Hemmer Company (PHC), has announced the addition of John Greiwe as Director of Business Development, reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerating expansion into targeted growth sectors across the region.
Greiwe will help lead business development efforts for HCC, with a focus on building high-value partnerships and driving growth in key sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and institutional. His role is central to the company’s strategy to broaden its portfolio beyond its established strength in industrial and distribution work.
Greiwe most recently served as President of Greiwe Development Advisors, where he provided real estate development advising and strategic business consulting for investors, business owners, and nonprofit organizations. As a registered architect, he brings a unique ability to connect planning, design, construction, and financial strategy—an approach that aligns directly with HCC’s design-build and preconstruction strengths.

Greiwe will work closely with HCC’s leadership, preconstruction, and operations teams to identify, shape, and win opportunities across the Ohio Valley. His focus will be on strengthening connections with owners, developers, architects, and community stakeholders while positioning HCC as a partner of choice for complex, high-impact projects.
