FamilyCare Counseling Solutions proudly announces its grand opening of the FamilyCare Behavioral Wellness Center, located at Lookout Corporate Center in Ft. Wright — a state-of-the-art outpatient behavioral health treatment facility built for healing, collaboration, and hope. With a new and expanded space, modernized clinical design, and enhanced trauma-informed services, FamilyCare reaffirms its mission: to heal families, strengthen communities, and make recovery possible for all.

Introducing The Bridge Program: A Lifeline for Families
At the heart of the rebrand is The Bridge Program, an innovative initiative designed to keep children, adults, and families safely together through wraparound behavioral health support.
The program provides early intervention and stability for youth and adults at risk of out-of-home placement — including those involved in foster care, child welfare, family court, or reentering the community after hospitalization or residential care. Tailored for individuals with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED), Serious Mental Illness (SMI), and Substance Use Disorders (SUD), the program offers a continuum of community-based services designed to keep clients and families safely supported where it matters most — at home.
“The Bridge Program reflects who we are at our core,” said Melanie Hiler, LPCC-S, Therapy Services Coordinator. “It’s about preventing family disruption, supporting parents and children through crisis, and giving families a chance to heal together. We don’t just treat symptoms — we rebuild hope.”
With coordinated counseling, targeted case management, and evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and Family-Based Therapy, The Bridge Program meets clients where they are — in the home, in the community, or through telehealth — ensuring care that’s accessible and continuous.
