ANDRE FRAZIER INSTALLED AS THE 91ST HBA PRESIDENT
January 6, 2025 – Cincinnati, OH
Andre Frazier, founder and President of Frazier Homes, has been elected as the 2025 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati (HBA) and was officially installed at a ceremony held on December 13th at the Anderson Pavilion.
A native of Cincinnati, Frazier holds a degree in finance from the University of Cincinnati where he also completed a stellar college career with the Bearcats football team. Frazier went on to help the Steelers win two Super Bowls during his pro football career.
Inspired by his parents’ passion for remodeling, owning, and renting apartments, Frazier followed his NFL career by diving into acquiring and rehabbing real estate. Shortly after, he landed a job with Hensley Custom Building Group, where he spent seven years gaining the experience needed to master the custom home building process.
In 2011, he launched Frazier Homes and has quickly established himself as a leader in the construction community. With his own unique vision and a fresh spin on custom home building, Andre won the all-people’s choice awards at the 2018 Homearama®.
Frazier was appointed in 2019 to serve on the Residential Construction Advisory Committee for the State of Ohio. The committee makes statewide recommendations for proposed changes to the Residential Code of Ohio.
Adding to his impressive philanthropic work, Andre serves on the UC College of Business – Linder committee whose mission is to bridge the gap between alumni and current students.
“For my Presidency my success will be measured by how many people I impact,” said Frazier. “My goal is to expand partnerships, training programs and innovative industry standards for the HBA.”
