Rain has been falling all weekend, and Northern Kentucky residents are photographing water levels rising higher … and higher … and higher.
Eric Willoughby, a freelance photographer, was in Northern Kentucky taking photos Sunday of the flooding in NKY.
“Capturing photographs in Covington at this moment is truly astonishing due to the flooding,” Willoughby said. “Many of the locations I typically use for parking my car are now entirely submerged underwater.”
