Q: What is Concierge Complete? Why should people consider joining?

A: We are a membership-based primary care office, seeing patients aged 15 and older. We provide our patients with immediate access, low in-office wait times and personalized primary care services.

Like all primary care providers, we help our patients manage chronic illnesses, such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. We also treat acute illnesses and injuries, such as colds, flu and muscle sprains. We like to see all patients once a year for a wellness exam, which allows us to monitor their health over time.

Q: What do you want people to know about Concierge Complete?

A: Concierge Complete is the only physician-group concierge office in the Ft. Mitchell area. As part of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, we can deliver seamless, comprehensive healthcare to our patients.

For instance, we use the same electronic medical record as St. Elizabeth. That way, we can review our patients’ medical history, including previous hospital visits and then use that information to enhance and customize our primary care services. Also, when we identify our patients’ need for specialty care — such as cardiology, endocrinology or gastroenterology — we can tap into the vast specialty provider network at St. Elizabeth Physicians.

Q: What is Concierge Complete doing that is innovative, unique or leading edge?

A: We are primary care done differently. We have amazing accessibility, whether by phone, MyChart or office visits. We reach out to our patients several times throughout the year to see how they are doing and ask about any questions or concerns.

  • *Allocate 60 minutes for each appointment. This additional face-to-face time lets us get to know each person and cover multiple concerns and health goals.

Q: Do your doctors offer night, weekend and holiday availability?

A: There’s always a doctor available on-call when our office is closed from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., as well as on weekends and holidays. We will return your call as quickly as possible during these times. We’re also able to connect on a secure video call after hours or on the weekend if that will assist in your care.

Q: What is the fee for Concierge Complete?

A: The first household member is $2,000 per year. Each additional household member is $1,500 per person.

Q: What is currently on the horizon for Concierge Complete? What changes might we expect over the next few years?

A: We will continue to raise awareness about the value concierge medicine brings to patients and our goal to provide high-level, personalized care and an excellent patient experience. We plan to continue to grow our services and build on the success of the concierge model.

We hope to grow to 300 patients per doctor over the next few years. This is in comparison to 1,200 patients or more that most primary care doctors have. We still have plenty of room to accommodate patients without compromising the time or patient experience.

Q: Does Concierge Complete offer screenings for early detection of common health conditions?

A: As primary care doctors, we screen for a variety of medical conditions. Based on the patient’s health history, family history and current needs, we discuss the need for a number of essential screenings. These can include mammograms, bone density DEXA scans, cancer screenings, heart health evaluations and more. If a health screening is necessary, our staff schedules the test at a convenient location of choice. If we refer a patient to a specialist like a cardiologist or a surgeon, our team also schedules those appointments. Convenient, personalized care is paramount.
