Kenton County Police arrested an Independence man Thursday on charges that he possessed child porn, Prosecutor Rob Sanders said Friday.
Det. Kyle Wallace arrested Joshua Caldwell, 40, on four counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
Wallace received a cyber tip that a Google account contained images and videos of child abuse sexual matter between the dates of July 10 and Dec. 27, 2021, according to the police report.
Wallace discovered more than 100 videos and images of children ranging in age from infants to teenagers, the report says.
Caldwell is being held in the Kenton County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond.
