The Disabled American Veterans, an Erlanger-based nonprofit, and RecruitMilitary will host a free virtual career fair for veterans and military families.

Slated for Tuesday, Aug. 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST, the National Virtual Veterans Career Fair will connect job seekers with employers from across the country. The job fair is free for veterans, active-duty service members, members of the National Guard and Reserve and military spouses.

More than 40 employers are expected to participate, offering jobs across industries such as construction, healthcare, administration and logistics, with positions ranging from entry-level to senior management.

In addition to job opportunities, attendees will have access to free career counseling, resume assistance, networking opportunities with other veterans and military personnel, and help with U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs benefits and disability claims.

DAV plans to sponsor more than 90 in-person and virtual job fairs this year as part of its employment initiative. Veterans and eligible participants can register for the career fair and access additional employment resources by clicking here.
