Boone County Schools is participating in the Kentucky Department of Education Summer Food Service Program, which offers meals for all children under 18 years old.

The program is designed to provide low-income children and teens at risk of inadequate nutrition with free, nutritious meals during the summer when school is not in session.

RA Jones Middle School in Florence, Steeplechase Elementary in Walton, Goodridge Elementary in Hebron, Stephens Elementary in Burlington and Florence Elementary are the program’s meal sites in Boone County.

RA Jones

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Lunch: 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in June

Steeplechase

Breakfast: 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

Lunch: 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays in June

Goodridge

Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

June 19-22, 26-29

July 10-13, 17-20

Stephens

Breakfast: 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Monday – Thursday, July 5 through August 4

Florence

Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Lunch: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, July 5 through August 11
