Named after the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes-winning racehorse “Pensive” in 2020, the horse-themed restaurant and bar joins other Kentucky Distillers’ Association members New Riff, Second Sight, Boone County, and the Neeley Family Distillery.
Pensive Distilling Co. entered the Kentucky Distillers’ Association at the Craft-level member, with the distillery aging less than 10,000 barrels a year. Their line of brands include the Pensive 100 Proof Bourbon, Pensive Vodka and Pensive Apple Pie Moonshine.
