Swedish home furniture retailer IKEA will open a new store concept in Florence next week.
Last November, the company announced plans to open an IKEA Plan and Order Point with Pick-up — a small, showroom-style storefront for home design consultations and order collection.
In this new format, customers can meet one-on-one with an IKEA employee to plan and order home furnishing solutions that require additional design support, including kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
The 4,200-square-foot store will be located in the Florence Square Shopping Center at 7735 Mall Road, directly across from the Florence Mall. The store is set to open on August 25.
