Thomas More alumnus Stephen Wright was recently appointed to the University’s Board of Trustees.
Wright will serve a three-year term as a member of the finance, business and capital planning committee, working alongside committee chair and trustee Lytle Thomas and committee liaison Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Thomas More Rick Rollino.

Chillo. “He is an accomplished financial professional with deep strategic financial expertise who is dedicated to helping our University grow and advance our mission now and in the future. We look forward to his contributions and leadership as a valued member of our Board.”
A senior financial advisor and partner at MCF Advisors, Wright has more than 27 years of experience providing comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning and portfolio management for individuals and families. He achieved his certified financial planner designation in 2005 and became a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM in 2008. Prior to joining MCF Advisors, Wright worked at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor and associate vice president and at Merrill Lynch as an assistant vice president.
Wright earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Thomas More in 1999, where he also played football for the Saints. An active alumnus, he has served as secretary and president of the alumni board of directors and as former chair of the president’s giving society.
He lives in Northern Kentucky with his wife, Amy, and their three children.
