Fort Thomas’ Grassroots & Vine is being replaced with a new dining experience.
Taste Food and Wine Group announced plans to introduce a new restaurant concept this August. Traveler’s Table will replace Grassroots & Vine at 1011 S. Fort Thomas Ave. in Fort Thomas.
The new restaurant represents the next chapter for restaurateurs Lauren and Challis Hodge, whose restaurant portfolio includes Taste on Elm, Conserva, Taste Cellar & Pantry, and the recently acquired Grassroots & Vine.
The new restaurant will turn the Grassroots & Vine location into a new dining experience inspired by global flavors. Specific details are still being finalized.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the support we have received over the years and excited to introduce something new to the community,” said Challis Hodge, co-owner of Taste Food and Wine Group. “This concept has been in development for quite some time, and we believe it will offer guests a unique experience while continuing our commitment to exceptional food, wine and hospitality.”
The restaurant space will undergo a transformation ahead of its opening. Guests can expect both indoor and outdoor seating, along with new offerings.
Additional details, including the restaurant’s opening date, menu and overall concept, will be announced in the coming weeks.
