Kenton County will host an open house for its countywide transportation plan on Thursday, June 11, at the Liberty Hall Event Center in Edgewood.

The event is open to all county residents and will serve as a venue for people to learn about the planning process and ask questions.

“Traffic and transportation are top-of-mind issues for residents across every community, and this plan will help ensure we have a clear, community-driven roadmap to improve how people move safely and efficiently throughout Kenton County,” Judge/Executive Kris Knochelmann said.

The Transportation Plan is designed to account for changes that have occurred to broader county planning that has occurred in the past several years.

The event will be an open house format: People can stop in anytime on June 11 from 5 to 7 p.m. to see displays, learn about the plan and speak with planning professionals. Liberty Hall is located on 550 Freedom Park Drive in Edgewood. Learn more at the county’s dedicated webpage.
