Covington’s Dee Felice Market will close on May 31, the owners announced in a Facebook post made early Saturday morning.
When they opened the market in 2020, the owners wrote in the post that they hoped to continue serving the neighborhood that had supported them during their 34 years at the Dee Felice Cafe.
“It’s hard to fully express how grateful we are to have been part of the fabric of Mainstrasse Village and the Covington community,” said the owners in their Facebook post. “Over these past five years, we’ve shared countless conversations, laughs and quiet moments with so many of you—both inside the shop and out front in the rocking chairs. Those memories, and the friendships we’ve made, will stay with us always.”
