Jabil, a Florida-based technology manufacturer, will host a hiring event on Thursday, April 16 at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport hotel in Florence to fill hundreds of entry-level manufacturing jobs, including positions for assemblers, materials handlers and quality control inspectors.
“The full-time positions pay between $18 and $20.70 an hour and a $500 bonus per referral is available to hires who refer additional candidates,” according to a press release from Kelly Solutions, a local workforce development firm that’s organizing the event. “Multiple shifts are available and hires will have the opportunity to convert from temporary to permanent employment after 90 days.”
Interested candidates should bring two forms of identification and a summary of their work history. Previous experience in manufacturing or a professional resume is not required.
The event will take place on April 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Candidates who can’t make it out to the event can still apply online at mykelly.com/local-jobs/jabil-florence-jobs. They can also apply in person at the Florence Kelly Services office, located at 4973 Houston Road.
