The Fort Wright Police Department will host free women’s self defense courses in April.
The courses will occur across two, three-hour sessions. The course is free to attend and is open to women of all ages and backgrounds.
Interested women should RSVP with Captain Robert Griffin at (859) 426-3156 or rgriffin@fortwrightky.gov. The sessions will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on April 22 and April 29 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m at the Kenton County Detention Center.
