The city of Wilder is supporting students at Campbell County Schools through a school supplies drive.
“Understanding the financial burden many families face as the new school year approaches, the city of Wilder aims to alleviate some of these pressures by ensuring students have the necessary tools for a successful academic year,” the city said in a Facebook post.
The drive is requesting the following student supplies:
- Binders and binder section dividers
- Notebooks
- Folders
- Red pens
- Pencils
- Black Expo markers
- Glue sticks
- Elmers’s glue
- Crayons
- Playdoh
Designated collection barrels are readily available in the Wilder City Building lobby located at 520 Licking Pike, daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
