Traffic on the 4th Street Bridge will be reduced to a single lane of traffic on Tuesday for maintenance.
During the closure, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, westbound traffic will be shifted to the right lane while eastbound traffic will be shifted to the center lane. Temporary traffic patterns will also be in place from Garrard Street in Covington to the roundabout going into Newport.
The closure is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Drivers who frequent the area are advised to plan ahead and exercise caution during the closures.
