Looking for some rare bourbon and want to support a charitable cause? Look no further than the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra’s annual Rare Bourbon Raffle.

People can now sign up for the raffle, which will take place on May 17. Proceeds from the raffle will fund both the orchestra’s free concert series as well as community and educational outreach efforts.

Three different raffles with varying ticket prices and prize packages will be drawn during the event. The drawings will be live-streamed on the orchestra’s website and Facebook page beginning at 9 p.m. on May 17.

Participants can purchase tickets until 4 p.m. the same day. Winners do not need to attend the live streaming to receive their prizes; they will be notified via email afterward.

The raffels are:

  • 6 Bottle Set of Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Raffle: One winner will receive a six-bottle set of the 2024 release of Rip & Pappy Van Winkle — including 10, 12, 15, 20, 23-year and 13-year Rye at $100 per bottle. Up to 750 tickets will be sold.
  • 5 Bottle Buffalo Trace Antique Collection: One winner will take home the entire 2024 release of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, a series of limited-edition bourbons and ryes from the acclaimed Buffalo Trace Distillery. This collection includes — George T. Stagg, Sazerac Rye, W.L. Weller, T.H. Handy and Eagle Rare 17 year. $50 per chance. One winner drawn. Up to 900 tickets will be sold at $50 per chance.
  • 20 Bourbons/20 Winners Raffle: Twenty different, hard-to-find and rare bourbon lots will be raffled off one at a time, with 20 winners drawn. $25 per ticket. Each ticket drawn wins one bourbon or lot. Up to 1,500 tickets will be sold.
