The City of Ludlow is seeking volunteers to help clean up post-flood debris and other materials from Memorial Park, which became completely immersed in flood water after the river crested on Monday.
The Memorial Park clean up is scheduled for Saturday, April 12. Volunteers will meet at the park shelter at 10 a.m. The city asks any volunteers to wear closed-toed shoes (boots are recommended) and long pants. Water, gloves, and trash bags will be provided.
