UPDATE: Cassie Smith was located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, sometime overnight between April 9 and April 10, according to a sheriff’s press release from April 10, 2025. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has put out a Golden Alert for a Hebron woman named Cassie Smith, whose family last saw her on Monday, April 7, according to a press release.
“Smith’s family reported that they were driving to her house to visit her when they passed her driving away from her home,” said the press release. “Initially, Smith’s family believed that she was driving to a nearby store.”
Smith is 47 years old, and was reported to have driven to Topeka, Kansas. According to police, she was last seen driving east from Topeka. She’s driving a white 2005 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck with Kentucky registration 907MVW. The police indicated that she’s currently without her prescribed medications.
Anyone who sees Smith or knows of her whereabouts should dial 911 immediately.
