Uninsured women in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana can receive free mammograms and cervical cancer screenings on Saturday, Oct. 5.
With Breast Cancer Awareness Month upon us, St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hosting its See, Test & Treat event for women to speak with healthcare providers on-site.
In addition to free mammograms and cervical cancer screenings, other health services include blood pressure screenings, HPV vaccines, genetic testing information, financial assistance and more.
The event is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the St. Elizabeth Edgewood Cancer Center at 1 Medical Village Drive in Edgewood.
The event is for uninsured women, including those aged 21-65 in need of a PAP test and those aged 40-74 in need of a mammogram.
