Find out how you can help relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Helene through donations to national and NKY-based organizations.
Devastation from Hurricane Helene has affected several states. The Kentucky National Guard and the Kentucky State Police have both been deployed to aid in relief efforts in North Carolina. At least 130 people have died as of Sept. 30 and even more are missing.
At least two cities are collecting goods and supplies. If you’d like to contribute to state-level efforts, the best way to contribute is to offer monetary donations, unless a specific organization is asking for donations of goods, clothes and or volunteer labor.
