Lane closures on Richwood Road, or KY 338, in Boone County began last week and will continue through Friday.
These single-lane closures are part of the ongoing corrective work for the Richwood Road Interchange Project.
Road crews are working on a one-mile stretch of Richwood Road from the roundabout at Triple Crown Blvd./Grand National Blvd. to Shorland Drive. The work includes sawing several concrete slabs, removing them, and replacing them by pouring new concrete slabs to improve the driving surface.
Drivers should expect single-lane closures on Richwood Road eastbound and westbound. Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The work is expected to finish by Friday, Sept. 27.
